The delegation of experts from the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam was trained at the Institute of Further Training and Retraining of the Personnel of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus from 3 to 14 April 2023 according to the programs ”Organizational and legal bases of forensic medical examination“ and ”Forensic ballistic examination“.

The teaching staff of the Institute and specialists of the specialized directorates of the Central Office of the State Committee shared their experience and knowledge with the listeners. The delegation was trained both on the basis of the Institute and on the bases of the directorates of the Central Office of the State Committee.

A cultural program was provided for foreign guests. A sightseeing tour of the City Minsk, visits to museums and historical and cultural complexes were organized for the members of the delegation. Such events allow to study the ethnocultural heritage of the Republic of Belarus and also to form an idea about the traditions of our country, peculiarities of the development of social and economic spheres.

The Deputy Chairman of the State Committee Yurii Ovsiiuk solemnly presented certificates of advanced training to the experts in the field of forensic medical examination on April 13, 2023.

The Deputy Chairman of the State Committee Sergei Evmenenko congratulated with graduation and presented certificates of advanced training to the experts in the field of forensic ballistic examination on April 14, 2023.
At the certificate presentation ceremonies, the guests from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam expressed gratitude to the Institute and the State Committee for the opportunity to get acquainted with the experience of Belarusian experts, as well as to improve their professional level. The listeners also noted the undoubted value and uniqueness of the knowledge gained, focused on the practice-oriented training, the high professionalism of the teaching staff of the Institute and the experts of the State Committee who participated in the training.

The training of experts from the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam provide the foundation for further cooperation and strengthening ties between the Republic of Belarus and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
