The visit of the delegation of the Department of Forensic Examinations of the Royal Police of Thailand took place on October, 26 at the Central Office of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus. During the visit the capabilities of the State Committee in the field of forensic examinations, the material and technical equipment of expert laboratories, as well as the equipment used by experts to solve expert tasks during research were demonstrated to foreign colleagues.

The staff of the Department of the Handwriting Examinations of the Directorate of Documents, Banknotes and Handwriting Examinations of the General Directorate of Forensic Examinations of the Central Office of the State Committee had an internship at the Russian Federal Center of Forensic Science of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on the topic “Current state and prospects for the development of forensic handwriting examination” from 3 to 7 October, 2022.

The next meeting of the expert group to agree on the draft Agreement on the formation of the Interstate Council of Heads of Forensic Examination Bodies of the Member States of the CIS was held on September, 21 in Minsk.

As part of the business visit to the St. Petersburg Academy of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation the working meeting of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin with the Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus Alexey Volkov took place.

The delegation of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus headed by the Chairman Alexey Volkov arrived on a working trip to St. Petersburg at the invitation of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin.
