Bilateral meetings of the Chairman Major General of Justice Alexey Volkov with the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh, the Minister of Public Security General of Army To Lam and his Deputies are planned within the framework of the visit.
The purpose of the visit is to strengthen the established friendly relations and expand the potential of interagency partnership in the field of forensic expert activity, to deepen and develop bilateral cooperation on the implementation of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of forensic expert activity between the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam concluded on July 13, 2019.
