Experts from the United Arab Emirates were trained at the Institute of Further Training and Retraining of the Personnel of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

Training of the Arab experts at the Institute of the State Committee is being organized under the Memorandum of cooperation in the field of forensic expert activity signed between the State Forensic Examination Committee and the Abu Dhabi Police.

Arab colleagues visited the laboratories of the Directorates of Special and Criminalistic Forensic Examinations of the Belarusian expert agency and also got acquainted with the products of the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Belsudexpertobespechenie” and activity of the State Institution “Scientific and Practical Center of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus”.

During visiting the exhibition of the modern expert capabilities the foreign delegation got acquainted with the automated information retrieval system “Document”, the automated identification retrieval system “Trace”, the fingerprint scanner for inkless fingerprinting of the citizens, the samples of original and counterfeit documents and banknotes included into the collections of the Belarusian expert agency. During the presentation of the automated fingerprint identification system “Dacto 2000” the possibility of remote transmission of trace information from incident scenes using a laptop and also a smartphone via mobile app was demonstrated.
After visiting the exhibition the Deputy Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee Major-General of Justice Mr. Sergei Evmenenko presented training certificates to the Arab colleagues.

At the end of the visit the Parties expressed interest in strengthening cooperation, as well as in expanding areas of interaction and further exchange of experience.
