Subject of the examination

Subject of the road examination is special knowledge-based determination of the condition and compliance with requirement of technical regulation of the non-confirming elements of the road bearing on the accident and which could be the reason of the accident and volume of material of roadway covering ( on the parking, platform and others).

Object

The object is a part of the road on the place of accident and touched area of vehicle movement and its elements which were contacted with the road.

Objectives

  • identifying the road conditions of the accident in order to define the quality of road-holding capacity and the evenness of the carriageway;
  • determination a conformity with requirement of technical regulation of the quality of road-holding capacity and the evenness of the carriageway;
  • detection of compliance with requirement of technical regulation of deposition of the road signs;
  • determination a causal relation of unsatisfactory conditional of the road and accident;
  • ascertainment a conformity with design estimate documentation of volume of roadway covering on the part of the road, parking, platform and others (with involvement of outside organizations at the present time).
