The agreements were signed in the framework of the official visit of the Head of State to Tajikistan. Based on the results of the expanded talks, the parameters of Belarusian-Tajik cooperation in key areas in the near future have been determined.
The Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus Andrei Shved signed the Agreements on cooperation between the Belarusian expert agency and state bodies of Tajikistan.
The signed documents are aimed at exchanging best practices and developing bilateral relations with forensic agencies of the two countries. The Agreements have been concluded with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Justice of Tajikistan. An Agreement on cooperation in the field of forensic medicine was also signed with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan.
It should be noted that in April of this year, Tajik colleagues attended the International Conference of forensic experts, which was held in Minsk on April 19-20. During the Conference the Tajik side expressed interest in the Belarusian model of development of forensic examination.
The development of international relations is one of the most important directions in the activities of the State Committee. Currently, there are the Agreements with expert institutions of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tatarstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Ukraine, China, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, the United Arab Emirates, and Israel.
