Today, a solemn handle of certificates to a group of specialists of the Abu Dhabi Police Department of Forensic Evidence according to the results of completion of training in the State Forensic Examination Committee for the direction of «Dactyloscopic and genetic records» took place.
This is the 19th group of experts of the Department of the Forensic Examination of Abu-Dabi Police, which is being trained at the «Institute of Further Training and Retraining of the Personnel of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus».
During the training, the specialists from the Department of the Forensic Examination of Abu-Dabi Police studied the organization and conducting of dactiloscopic and genetic records at the State Committee, familiarized with the latest equipment, which is used for operational participation in examination of crime scenes and conducting urgent expert research.
During the training, the capabilities of the apparatus-program complex of paintless dactiloscopy «live scanner» were demonstrated to foreign specialists, as well as the capabilities of new equipment for wireless transmission of data on handprints detected at the crime scenes, which allows quickly receive and transmit trace information. Foreign colleagues highly appreciate the equipment, technical training and professionalism of the State Committee experts.
This training is realized within the framework of the Memorandum on cooperation in the field of forensic activity, signed in July 2017 between the State Forensic Examination Committee the Abu Dhabi Police.
So, in October 2017, following the meeting of the Chairman of the State Committee Andrei Shved and the Director of the Abu Dhabi Police Department of Forensic Evidence Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Hammadi, it was decided to study the issues of training foreign specialist, preparing appropriate training programs for a period of three to six months.
The final stage of training is the next step in the practical implementation of the agreements reached after three visits of Abu-Dhabi Police representatives to the Belarusian capital.
The representatives of the Arab side note the high level of organization of training, show great interest in studying the latest techniques used by the State Committee’s experts in conducting examinations, especially in such areas as technical examination of documents, chemical examination, and drug examination.
The training specialists of the Department of Forensic Evidence noted the hospitality and friendliness of Belarusians, as well as the convenient infrastructure of the city, very beautiful nature and expressed hope to visit Belarus again.
Both sides are interested in deepening mutually beneficial cooperation, as well as in expanding areas of cooperation, exchange of experience and technologies for conducting forensic examinations.
